What each line means
- Answering calls: whether the service that answers and writes up your calls is reachable and handling them.
- Phone numbers: whether our phone carrier can be reached, so calls get through to the numbers we give.
- Booking into calendars: whether businesses’ calendar connections are working, so bookings can be made.
- Emails and notifications: whether the emails and notifications that follow a call are going out.
“Not in use yet” means a part is not switched on for anyone, so there is nothing to check.
When something goes wrong
When something stops working for long enough to affect calls, we email the businesses affected and say what happened. We do not publish an incident history or an availability figure yet: we will once there is a real period to measure.
