Forward your existing line

You keep your number exactly where it is and point it at us. It takes minutes, it is reversible in minutes, and nothing you have printed on a van, a card or a website has to change. This is what most businesses should do first.

Or take a new number

Every plan includes one number. If you have no line yet, or you want a separate one for a campaign, that step is simply skipped and the dashboard says so rather than nagging you about it.

If you leave

Port-out is free and always available. If you leave, you take the number we gave you with you: ask us and we arrange it. A number cannot be disconnected until any port-out has completed.

One call at a time

A number carries one call at a time. If somebody rings while another call is live, they do not get through. This is a limit of the carrier rather than a plan setting, it applies on every plan, and no amount of money on our side changes it today. A second number is £9 a month if you need a second line, and every other price is published too.
